 Water & Fire:
a Story of the Ozarks

Audio and Composer
2000 EMMY Awards • Mid-America Chapter

Wow...twins! I was shocked speechless. This duet gets to stay in the studio and inspire me to greater musical soundscapes. Thanks to Connie Dover and a long list of other area musicians who helped make this soundtrack sing.

Documentary

1998 EMMY Awards • Mid-America Chapter

Emmy throws a wild party in St. Louis! Kriss is shown clutching the trophy while producers Mike Murphy and Randy Mason try to avoid those nasty spikes on Emmy's wings. Our lucky table...#13!

Ninth Street

Awards from Black Filmmaker's Hall of Fame, Independent Film Channel, Prized Pieces Film Festival.

The Ninth Street premiere filled the historic Gem Theatre at the restored 18th & Vine jazz district in Kansas City. Composer and actor Isaac Hayes greeted the crowd in a stunning red outfit only he could wear (gotta get a photo inserted here so you can see what I mean).

Afterwards, making our final bow to the emptied street is (L to R) post supervisor Dan Diefenderfer, writer-director Kevin Willmott, sound supervisor Kriss Avery and producer Rick Cowan.
